Delivery
1. The Vendor shall deliver within the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
2. The Vendor is obliged to deliver products without defects.
3. The Vendor shall indicate on the shop’s website the number of working days required for delivery and order fulfillment.
4. Delivery shall be made on working days of the week.
5The ordered goods are delivered to the Customer via the Distributor to the address indicated in the order form.
6. On the day of shipment of the products, the information confirming the delivery of the parcel is sent by the Seller to the Customer’s e-mail address.
7. Under the contract, the Seller may send a survey to the Customer’s e-mail address in order to conduct the post-sale survey. The survey is used to examine the Customer’s opinion about the transaction. The Customer may fill out the survey voluntarily.
8. Delivery shall be made within maximum 5 working days after the order has been placed.
9. The price of delivery is 60 lei within the radius of Chisinau. If the price of the order is higher than 450 lei the delivery is free of charge. The price of delivery within the Republic of Moldova is 90 lei.
10. The cost of delivery will be indicated at the stage of finalizing the order and before payment.
